to different kinds of plastic hollow
containers, such as mineral water、carbonic acid
leverage、pesti-cide、wsmetic、candy package and jar,with
differ-ent shappes of PET、 PC、 PE、
PP、 PS as materials,lt can hold different
volumes from 100ml to 5000ml
1.It adopts circumrotatory infrared preheated,syst-em
to ensure the materials to get heat regularly.
2.The valve ststem contains two parts,motion and buff
to meet the needs of different pressures in the
process pressure to blow
bottle . and as well provide
steady-pressure to blow facture
different shapes of containers in high capacity.
3.The operation contains two
modes: point drive and semi-automatism.
4.It is ficed with muffler and greaser applying to
diffe-rent parts.
5.The one-off investwent of this machine is,the
operation is easy,the repair service is convenient and
only one person can also operate it,It is very simple
and safe with avolumn and high effect. |
